Field Sales Associate

Requirements :

A graduate with at least 1 year of experience in offline sales i.e., feet on street sales across any industry

● Prior work experience with brands or dealers catering to Home construction/Interiors/furnishing is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with on-site personnel.
• Familiarity with the local area and vernacular language of construction sites.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in basic Excel.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve success.
• Willingness to experiment, and persevere in setting up new processes and systems.
