Only good thing is work timing flexibility

Work environment is not good so much toxic peoples are there, its like big boss house that everyone will play mind game. No proper explanation regarding work, no facilities , laptop also provided very old model , Micromanagement is also there. Two faces people inside the organization and you can not contact HR once you join company.

It's a horrible work place. The management is extremely ruthless specially during covid they show no sympathy towards employees. Fired and furloughed people. The culture is toxic. I highly recommend people to not join livspace anytime in their career. It's an organization which takes good employees for granted.
