I will share my overall experience how there management works. I was working as an interior designer. Ist lie is the salary structure there will be 2 things fixed and variable Hr lr hiring manager will lie to you that you will get full salary which is mentioned here but there also a game involved in that in my case my package was 5lpa in which 4 is fixed and 1 is variable they will deduct 3600 straight away for p.f. then 29,000 in hand if I complete my sales target which is never told in interview or first interaction then only I will get variable 7000 rs. At the end of every month you must complete your target or else you will be humiliated by your team and management I have never seen such a toxic work culture in my life. Apart from booking and client meeting if you are doing a project as an interior designer you are the main person to handle everything which makes this job next to impossible to work. You go in the morning yoir day start with site visit pre 10 client meeting other team meeting . And will not get time for the other works like preparing drawing,presentation, other docs for which your manger will alway be on your head . There are seperate manager sales and design both will annoy you one by one<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You will be forced to work late night after going home you will not have any personal life after joining here</mark>. So please it's my request don't get into this toxic company. No work life balance. They'll pressure you for targets. Client design or concerns are not considered and only closing the project soon is a priority. Honestly speaking, it's more of a sales company than a designe company. Btw weekoff is only on Monday and Sat and Sunday are working days whichwill impact personal life so much</mark>. No company laptop will be provided. You have to have your own personal laptop so that you can work 24 hrs and even on week offs and holidays....Read More

I had high hopes and expectation that this company would give me a better work life balance but not only it pays extremely less, I found the work culture to be very unhealthy. My projects were given to other designer without my consent and other discrimination keeps on happening. The first experience center did not even have a sitting arrangement. People would sit on the floor and work. Very poor condition....Read More

No personal life, company think they have purchased you, and can ask you to work whenever they want, I get calls from office at 11:00pm also. They call on week off. Your life is all about office once you join this company
