Absolutely Nothing as a Designer.

If you are a designer [fresher or experienced] wanting to join this company, you have to read it. The managers - Designers have two managers - One for sales and one for design. both having their own targets, they never come out of a quarrel that what should an ID work on at the moment. This situation puts an ID in a terrible situation where she is judged for her work by the time she gives to the respective portion [sales / design]. Completing both would earn the incentive for ID but either would work for respective manager and that's where the ID suffers a great deal of torcher and forced to do a respective work from managers and work ethics are not maintained as the targets are focused over better designs and piece of mind of the lowest piece of company hierarchy. One more thing, the opportunities are give on basis of sales performance and not how good designer you are. If you fooled more clients then you get the bigger opportunities. That's all. rest all goes to ditch. So trust me my friend, If you are or wish to become a good designer, this company is not for you....All the best...Read More
