The company culture is good and overall everyone seemed happy and satisfactory. There are good opportunities to grow and it is a pretty chilled out environment.

Dislikes

The stress that comes with the competition to be the top performer which is turning out to be unhealthy. After a period of time, there will not be enough time for personal life. Sunday is supposed to be an off, but people end up working on most of the Sundays too

The company tortures its employees as well as partners & vendors. They take in all the money. When it’s time for their payables they keep making excuses. They harass you mentally for money that is yours for all the hardwork. Wouldn’t recommend this company even to my enemy.

I worked their as a full time designer for a year. The only good thing about Livspace during my tenure was the work flexible work timings, although it gets a bit hectic at times but it can be balanced easily. The environment is quite good to work in as it has many like minded designers under one roof. But it gets tricky as you have to be a better sales person than being a good designer.

Dislikes

The worst thing is that you are not learning anything innovation or I'm terms of design techniques, everyone is busy selling the same old lame designs that are their on its webpage, so for a good class of people it gets boring to see the same copy paste things happening. Even for the designers, who wants to do core designing, this place is not for you guys.
