Very toxic managers. They will keep on doing internal politics and would go to all level to push out of the company. Even after the work is over, they will make you do it or tag you in someone else’s project just to slip away from trouble which is luring on their head. You will have no support and at the end if things go wrong you will be blamed. They are sweet on your face until u bring them the number or else they treat you like anything and if you disagree to dance on their tunes they will drag the HR to take actions against. Every thing Only few people were good. Managers are worst..never supports People are so negative..will torture you mentally.. Never appreciate Never encouraged Only focused on targets Incentives also have thresholds which you need to complete else you won't get no matter how much you so bookings you need to raise PO else your incentives are gone. My projects were given to other designer without my consent and other discrimination keeps on happening. The first experience center did not even have a sitting arrangement.
