The job security is depend on how will achieve you monthly targets.
They follow aggressive sales strategy, so work life is very difficult.
For lower level employees promotion is very negligible, They just don't consider

The work culture is pretty decent at Livspace. Management is cool.

No job security; Livspace practices hire and fire in which employees like us has to suffer the consequences after investing so much time to prove yourself as an asset to the organization.
The company does not pay you whole incentives/ variables.
They promise you with 2 days week off i.e. Sunday & Monday at the time of the interview but then they litreally force the designers to come on Sunday even though the designers are not aligned with client visit or meetings.
At the time of meeting they tell you that the designers are supposed to explain the design part and the sales and commercial part will be done by the Business Manager, but once you are onboard after the training session BM's & GM's push the designers to do sales and pressurizes with target achievements.
In my notice period they didn't assign me any leads and straight away instructed me to convert the booking from the closed leads which got cancelled due to the second pandemic lockdown. The closed lead are the ones who cancelled or has put the project of interiors on hold due to pandemic.
I lost my job in the second wave lockdown because like they had instructed I couldn't convert any bookings because the clients were backing off due to high risk of getting affected from the second wave of covid-19.
Overall, I will never recommed Livspace to my friends or colleagues where there is no job security, false commitments by the HR and the management....Read More

The only good thing about the company is that you get to design home for your clients, no mandatory approval is needed from your seniors as compared to other companies where you need approvals from your seniors/directors/managers.
Dislikes
Job security is not there. If you achieve your targets you can be in the company if not, then they will keep you on PIP for a month if still you could not achieve your targets they will ask you to resign. I don't think they should treat an Designer like that because Designers are not Sales people. They should look into this and should define roles as per the professions and not just treat every professional as a Sales Person.
Also the processes keeps on changing, once you get hang on the process it is changed again and then again you get a hang of the new process it gets changed again... which is very frustrating.
Also if the project gets escalated there are no. of people from whom you have to follow up with which takes a hell lot of time and in the process the client gets irritated and go on social media to highlight the issue because the issue is not solved Intime.
Also they should work on processes, because the time which is taken to start a project in that time half of the work can get completed. They do not adhere to the timelines and very unrealistic timelines are there to complete a project.
and the list just goes on and on...........Read More

No job security. The managers have a vision of quarters (i.e 3 months). If you fail to meet targets during each quarter, you're asked to resign.
