If you like to work as a bonded labor and give all your original certification to them for earning a decent salary and dont mind performing any roles apart from your designated role, this job is for you.

Dislikes

Contract bonds not in favor of the employee, assign you multiple roles, your personal integrity will get tarnished but you wont be able to leave because obviously... you wont get epf, pf, insurance or even a proper relieving letter.. even if you do.. it wont be worth anything for your next job search.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
