It's a pleasure to work with Lionbridge. Lionbridge development is mainly on their internal projects(products) and are related to language translation and localization. It is worlds largest localization and translation company. The higher management is extensively good. If you fall under a right team you will have lot of learning opportunity. I joined in Lionbridge as a software engineer, I worked 2 years in the same roll and got opportunity to work with DevOps and joined with DevOps team where I found my self lot of new technology/tools learning.

Appraisal is dependent on who is your manager.... because my manager is totally dependent on behaviour not on performance.

Partiality it's depending on how you ruled with your manager.....more importance is given to dependent on manager but they are not working in the single project and also they don't know the process of the project

Generally mu working with my first manager is where chilled and nice.... learning is more helpful in the first project....when i shift to second project with different manager at night then it totally different.....he don't know anything in the project.
