Nothing to say, it's a waste company.

Dislikes

Indian management is worst, no clarity in their decisions. There is bias between Indian employees and Lingaro employees in other regions. Highly incapable hr team. Major decisions like stopping the yearly appraisal, not providing bonus won't be communicated unless employees ask. In a nutshell, useless company. CEO has changed and the company is directionless.
