There’s no job security in your probation. You can get terminated if you don’t achieve your targets . After confirmation you still have to perform well but chance of termination post confirmation is basically low still there’s no security if you don’t perform decently . Working at LIC is good as the organisation is mighty and huge . Work life balance at LIC is good with good office environment.
