The job of a Development Officer is not like other Govt. jobs. Even if you are a permanent staff of the corporation, your job is liable to be terminated on non fulfilment of prescribed cost ratio. You do not get any mercy for a situation that is beyond your control. Even if you meet an accident and stay bed ridden for a long time, you will have to conform the your targets.
