Here you can work up to 5 years and earn up to 35 years because this work depends on commission, if the customer is paying the premium of policy then you will get a commission in your account. I think this is the best work to do in your life, for the same you may take the IRDA code from your parents, wife, and children(above high school passed).

If you have a good development officer then everything is okay otherwise they are only focusing on the new policy and not thinking about old customers, if the old customer is having issues then the customer connected with the agent, and the agent connected with the development officer but the development officer denying as they only looking for a new policy.
