Proper assessment of work performance and uniform work allotment amongst the staff sometime lacks justness.fir promotee staff despite the appreciable performance,less deserving staff is awarded promotion due to personal fascination who's is serious injustice.lack of proper office decorum and discipline due to extreme job security and unjust trade unions interference.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was a part of the administration team Another plus point at LIC is congenial and my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds and we worked happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high and being an Officer I had to stay back after Office hours to complete the assignments.
