Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The previous management was just a perfect environment for growth and inclusiveness. Things were great and no qualms. This is applicable retro 3 years

Dislikes

The present management is openly partial to certain employees. If the management (currently represented by one man) feels that an employee or a contract employee is not showing respect as per Indian standards, that person is set to be fired without a reasonable notice or any logical reason. No feedback about the management would be taken from the employees who fall under the gray list of the management. There's also very limited scope for growth, as the management has very little knowledge about the existing projects within the company as well as about the roles and responsibilities....Read More

Work Details

The earlier management provided with a great working environment including flexible timing and decent hike. With the advent of new management, things just turned upside down. As long as you're able to satisfy the management, you're good.
