The company is pen to innovation . I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable , high quality products and has a global client base . We have onsite opportunities in Korea . Colleagues were good . There were many cultural events and many other things to do .

Learning is very less as there is very less development work here .

But company has poor work life balance and most of the teams are working on maintenance projects. Tamil and Kannada people in Sr.management politics. Overall pathetic work.

No learning, no hikes, people of full diploma holders or lower college, not talented crowd at all. Higher level is only busy with process. No solid projects in hand, just living on Korea based hq's blessings. HRs are slow and almost useless. They look into stuff which they should not and won't give a shit to things which they should take seriously.

Pathetic management. Upper management is just a bunch of spineless cowards who cannot any decision by themselves and know only to bootlick koreans. During the pandemic this company is forcing its employees to come to office. They dont have any regards for their employees life.
