So from this internship I joined few months back and I got to know about each and everything through this internship, and I am very helpful in this internship to my seniors, Bhumika mam Akanksha mam Vinisha mam Rishika Mam, who motivated me each and every time and every moment, and whenever I feel low, these leaders, these mentors of mine help me at every step. Apart from this, I have also developed my skills in HR field and I guess this will definitely help me in future. Whenever wherever I will work in a new company, this experience will give me a better opportunity. Talking about my experience, the very first train times what I did, and that I did the enrolment and that was weight of, but I anyhow managed, and my leader in that also motivated me for doing that, and the next department would be of hiring an recruitment department in that Vinisha Mam Encouraged me to complete the target, and after that, in the team lead, Bhumika mam was there. Here at lernx, I worked as a marketing intern under the supervision of several leaders and I must say everyone was superb but we connect to only a few of them that's only one Mirgali mam. Like every one has their pros and cons lernx also has some disadvantages but one should always know how to deal with the likes and dislikes both. Sab bolte company fraud scam and what not so for that Firstly aao kaam kro izzat se phir kuch na mile tb aandolan kro wrna free mein khana khane shadi me sb jaate pr lifafa sbko nhi milta na 🥱 IYKYK. Seriously there is nothing to like about this intership. Firstly you have sell their courses atleast 2-3 so that you can start your internship after that you have hire 60 interns on your own by using your resources like social media and your college networks . They also have a daily Target of 12 interns or minimum 8 with a constant threat of termination. The leadership is very rude and will make jokes on you in the official WhatsApp group itself. Toxic work culture ever. They can't even speak English properly and call themselves HR manager. No consideration to the trainees hardwork, Biased ,and most importantly it's waste of money and efforts. I can even name those employees Rohit and Mili they literally have 3rd grade English proficiency and are very unprofessional. The thing which I like most about working at Lernx is that your assigned leader will always be there for you in case you have any doubt as well as to mentor you and shape your skill set in the right direction benefitting the organisation as well as you. That I think the greatest asset you'll be taking with yourself.
