Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. If you want to do 9-7/8pm job then join this company..Worst culture, there are some guys who even worked continuously from 9 am to next day 6:30 pm( approx 60-70hrs continuously) yes you would not believe it but it true..Sometime you have to work on sunday also.
