Area Operational Manager think that the Store Managers are their Prisoners. No rest on weekly off,s if store not performing while store manager is on off than AOM told to cancel their plans and go to store. Not appriciating your work always demotivate and huminlize you . 🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10. Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.

Lenskart is a such good working place were people can learn from basic in retail and that same time they will take your personal time for their business not satisfied with the organisation how it works for staff. The company only for a Cx who buys and not for staff.

Dislikes

The skilled people are wet cloth. Once you worked in Lenskart they will squeeze your skill and at last they will say. THIS COMPANY NOT FOR EMPLOYEES IT IS ONLY FOT CX ( Peeyush says DO MORE BE MORE )
