Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring resource efficiency and maximum customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the sales team's performance, offering guidance on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and goal setting.
• Manage inventory tasks, including stock ordering, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by executing attractive displays and promotional strategies.
• Analyze sales data to spot trends and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Undergraduate with 7 years of experience as a Store Manager
• Graduate with 4 years of experience as a Store Manager (mandatory)
