Nothing is good about this company apart from learning something like how to clean specks and floor, toilets and handling customer issues. If you work with lenskart your patience level will increase for sure😂 because u will have to do cleaning, even toilet, floor and everything like cx complaints etc, which they never mention at the time of joining nor it will be mentioned in your offer letter

Everything disliked about this company, if you don't believe me, please get ur life ruined by yourself, or at least ask any lenskart employees before joining, read it properly 👇 I have worked with lenskart for a long period so i know how Peyush Bansal is. His outer personality and inner personality both are different. Outer personality to people's He shows that he is such a good person (Gentlemen) in shark tank and on social media etc. Inner Personality: He is the worst person to employees! No appraisal for anyone working in the company despite of company making good profit! At least he should appreciate and recognise people's who are giving their best every single time. But no they will have deductions from the salary every month for cleaning audits etc. (Where they never keep any housekeeping even in flagship stores) Whenever any store store achieves their target, it means store will get good incentives but end of the month the store will have some kind of audit to hold the incentives for all the staffs there at the store. And the kind of pressure they put for sales, insurance, high value orders, progressive orders and conversion etc. Its just next level! Lenskart is only customer oriented company ( at the same time there is lot of cheating with customers, never been transparent to the customers, which customers never know) Never ever join lenskart, Optometrist Better stay jobless rather than joining lenskart. They will make u do cleaning and sale with salary of just 22k , max 24k if u have experience. And then there is a bulsh!t guy called Oliver kaye, CXO, he puts another level of pressures to staffs for sale, cleaning and deductions every single month without any transperancy. Career Growth is slow but its gauranted for talented people but after promotion don't expect a good hike in salary

They keep on changing salary structures and incentives their is no proper benifits. Workload is too much and salary is very less.

The job is good, you will be almost busy and gets opportunities to learn new things but salary doesn't match with work. Even after offering net salary they will decrease it in between.
