Likes

Teammates and office staff are very cooperative, salary growth was very good. I learned a lot from here handled difficult tasks worked on bad conditions with good results. And still I have so many thing to learn so I'm just polishing my knowledge towards the growth of company.

Dislikes

Have some Insecurity for fresh candidate and the salary did not transfer to account directly, so I didn't get some benefits like PF, SL, PL , medical etc.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
