1. Promotions are like day dreaming now (before merger the company was real good) 2. No work life balance, frequently you may be working over the weekends. Nobody cares even if you're exhausted specifically the higher management. 3. Appraisal is worst. Every year during the appraisal cycle, business fails to meet target, so they declare appraisal will not be that much 4. You have to be availabel or conitnue working even returning from the office.
