No growth. No senior to listen to our requests properly. All the good resources, HR, Senior members, experienced facilitators have resigned. Only the boot lickers are left. who get paid double/extra salary. the School is doing good under Ms Geeta but remaining Facilitators, admission staff, IT function as uncouth, pretentious mob. Admission is a race, sales job. poor kids! They give us facilitators trainings by making us sign long bonds so that we cannot leave. and if we do then they do not give us proper due recommendations....Read More

There is a room for new ideas and management supports the team in all aspects. Policies are clear and gives ample space for people to grow not only in terms of work opportunities but also support them with excellent profession development.
