This company has a serious problem. The Hr manager plays dirty office politics, and they treat their employees unfairly. If you work hard, you might not get the recognition you deserve because the top management only values certain people. They care more about making money than taking care of their employees. They make people work late shifts and then kick them out without any warning. It’s not a good place to be. What’s even worse that they spread lies about ex-employees , making false complaints against them. They also mess with people’s minds, trying to give bad feedback to their current bosses. And it doesn’t stop there - when people leave, the company holds back their pay, saving(PF) and even experience/reliving letter.It’s a really bad situation and I’d recommend avoiding this company. This company hires immediately and shunt off the resources immediately too without even giving any notice, the only reason they will say that company doesn't has funds.
