It's a company where you are under the shoes of CEO , then you are promoted and get increment. CEO, who serves drinks to female employees at office party and HR manager who breach standards of being a women, plays game with each person who is working. Office politics obviously. Unethical company. They defame their ex employees stating that they have lodged complaint but in reality they are liers. They do not have any market value either. Just running towards profit by using their employee providing late shift timing, then throwing them away. This company has a serious problem. The Hr manager plays dirty office politics, and they treat their employees unfairly. If you work hard, you might not get the recognition you deserve because the top management only values certain people. They care more about making money than taking care of their employees. They make people work late shifts and then kick them out without any warning. It’s not a good place to be. What’s even worse that they spread lies about ex-employees , making false complaints against them. They also mess with people’s minds, trying to give bad feedback to their current bosses. And it doesn’t stop there - when people leave, the company holds back their pay, saving(PF) and even experience/reliving letter.It’s a really bad situation and I’d recommend avoiding this company. When I entered LDT, I felt very welcoming. My colleagues are always ready to guide me and they are all very humble. The opportunity to work here has helped me develop new skills and gain confidence in my abilities.

It's a Good growing company In Tricity Chandigarh, Management and people are supportive

Dislikes

Not as such, the Location of the company is quite far as compared to Chandigarh. You have to face big traffic to reach office
