Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and energetic and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria .Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 1 years .

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
