People's in lower management are helpful to keep balance with job requirement. Some Higher management people's always keep you updated with your progress and appreciate your work and effort you put to complete your task in everyday basis.

Dislikes

Middle work people's always in absence of others colleagues or when alone always talk about job insecurity or disrespectful. Never pass the message to Higher management. Take advantage of needed person personal things benefits and always put Infront of other people's even its confidential. Which is disrespectful of there personal life.
