We certainly value hard work and results across the company. But we also seek to encourage rest and balance for all our team members. With a fully global remote workforce, we offer a flexible schedule across time zones. For some, however, this can create the impression we expect work 24/7 – which is certainly not the case! We are working diligently to correct this misperception when it arises, going team by team, manager by manager. We ask our managers to closely monitor their teams’ weekly workload and regularly add team members when we see working hours increasing. We are committed to ensuring our teams are not overburdened.
