I worked more than 3 years with company & before joining I was not aware with its trend & culture. And was feeling great that the group is in trade from several decades and they are pioneer & leader in Polymers business but it was only in case of industrial segment.Also Major Highlight are:- 1. Govt. style work culture. 2. After joining common appraisal from management for performers/non perfor. 3. Salary is always on time. 4. Very High lead time for queries/approval mails etc to ensure business losses since no body was bother for lossing key accounts/distributors. 5. Company focused upon there industrial business and not fit for channel & retail sales network. 4.Huge Error in Despatch material,sales returns, Price list & invoices. 5.Lack of support form TOP LINE & IF YOU ENJOY POLITICS THEN MUST GO IN IT....Read More

I worked more than 3 years with this company but find they are not suitable for channel & retail sales network since despite 100% advance payment from new channel partners,material availability is pathetic(more than 45 days against confirm sales forecasting) which result more than 60% new accounts were closed even management is too not bother for its customers.OTHER MAJOR ISSUES ARE:- 1. JOB INSECURITY - Most of front liners quit job without serving notice in company during probation period due to worst HR dept. ever experience & its policies. New joinees parachute landing through reference (out of industry & unknown from geography candidates)without intimation to local ASM or team. Result salary discrimination/job insecurity & dissatisfaction with in team. 2.TA-DA POLICY- At least 75-90 days reimbursement policy against very meager imprest amount. 3.Poor supply chain system at non depo. states- Not a single distributors or key account at my region satify with company high lead time....Read More
