A good team with minimum politics. If you are interested to learn and grow your skills, you will get full exposure without restrictions. No lengthy procedures. All standard management systems are implemented in the organization still work methodology is smooth. Despite power sector issues, no salary delays till date and optimum employee facilities are being maintained. Only one appraisal cycle (9 months) skipped till date in last 9 years. Provides you opportunity to learn and perform but career growth is year count based. If you don't work, don't worry, your average growth rate will continue - Follows the same age old practice of core field. The sector needs to learn from IT sector. Bulky middle management. Referral lateral entries of GETs - hiring of GET from talent pool has nullified over the years.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
