This company is one of the illiterate managers who have been kicked out from other organisations. Many have joined and left in less then 2 months. This place is well known for TOXICITY. The culture is not good. They put alot of pressure at times and there is no job security. If your performance go down they will fire you irrespective of your previous achievements .Also leave policy is very strict. Regular overtime and working weekends sometimes.

I got nothing to work, because there were no projects for 1.6 years. They didn't even trained us.

Everything, if they have no projects, why did they made us sit idol for 1.6 years, atleast why did they not trained us, it was as if they were experimenting on us, like how long we will stay idol, by not working and just taking salaries.

Absolutely nothing to like about this company. Awful company culture, absolutely no HR policies because the Noida HR Adeel is a pet dog to the management. The noida admin Ram Dayal has no knowledge about administration, he is just trying to get his money share from different channels like food and cab vendors.
