The Company is a good company to work for a fresher....You get enough opportunities to learn the basic or recruitment...Most of the teams have good working Environment.

Dislikes

Few Teams have very bad working environment. People keep leaving in those teams but the management never questions why this is happening..I think there should be proper R&D why Employees keeps leaving those teams.

As this is very important to read feedback or check reviews before going to apply in any company.Words is not enough to elaborate what they did with me, always forcing to give the resign or otherwise we will going to terminate you. Mainly the vice president of the company Priyam Dinesh who don’t have the knowledge of APAC market. I know all company has some daily target but this is not way to treat any employees who work in organization , they just started a APAC market ( Philippines ) all we are hired as a fresher but after 3 months they started torturing , giving stress, while coming to work process delay in response/not giving response to candidates who are looking for profile specially if any candidate is selected for interview then Lancesoft put them on hold for 2…3 week and after not giving them offer letter. Lancesoft is staffing consultant firm hiring for APAC market. In Lancesoft before selecting & giving offer letter our chairman & vice president Priyam dinesh decide how much commission we need to take on one particular candidate then only they offer them job and offer letter this is how they work for money means completely money minded and using employees for their needs.On the other hand Coming to resignation I resign on 4 January 2023 then i message on whatsapp to Aanad kumar nuthi regarding to my salary slip , relieving letter and full & final settlement they all are tolerating me , ignoring me as they treated and look like they all are innocent, did nothing in Lancesoft, Even they didn’t given me notice period to serve. All senior make a plan to remove me from this company and forcing me to resign immediately, Today more then 30days they even not given me salary slip of December January and mu relieving letter which is very important for me in future. This is how they work as HR recruitment firm(Lancesoft indore) I would tend to refer individuals to another firm.This is only an indication of how they will treat you if employed by them. Completely money minded and using employees for their needs, the worst company I ever seen in my whole life is Lancesoft indore vice president is { priyam dinesh }. If there is an award for worst company in India to be given I’ll suggest this company [ Lancesoft Indore].These i**** don’t deserve rating also....Read More
