Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EHS Consultant with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) module and a strong understanding of compliance, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves working with clients to design, implement, and optimize SAP EHS solutions to ensure workplace safety, environmental compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP EHS modules including Product Safety, Hazardous Substance Management, Incident Management, Occupational Health, and Waste Management.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EHS solutions.

- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP EHS functionalities.

- Provide expertise in regulatory compliance and safety standards such as OSHA, REACH, and GHS.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve safety processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Conduct user training and support for SAP EHS users.

- Work on SAP integration with other modules like MM, PP, QM, and HR.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EHS issues, ensuring smooth system operations.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP EHS trends and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in SAP EHS consulting, configuration, and implementation.

- Strong understanding of SAP EHS components :

- Product Safety & Hazardous Substance Management

- Health & Safety Incident Management

- Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene

- Waste Management

- Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance frameworks (OSHA, REACH, ISO 14001).

- Strong expertise in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA EHS functionalities.

- Knowledge of EHS-related workflows, master data, and reporting tools.

- Hands-on experience in integrating SAP EHS with other SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, HR).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP EHS certification is a plus.

- Experience with Fiori applications and SAP S/4HANA migration.

- Knowledge of ABAP debugging for troubleshooting.

- Experience in global SAP EHS rollouts.
