Oracle Support Manager (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Fusion Subscription Billing.

- Design, configure, and customize the Oracle Fusion Subscription Billing system to meet business needs.

- Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional and technical specifications.

- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Oracle Fusion Subscription Billing configuration and integration.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams.

- Lead and participate in system testing, including developing test plans and executing test cases.

- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of the Oracle Fusion Subscription Billing system.

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Oracle Fusion Subscription Billing and related technologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Subscription Billing, including implementation, configuration, and support.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware and related technologies.

- Experience in system design, customization, and integration using Oracle Fusion Middleware tools.

- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred qualifications :

- Oracle Fusion Subscription Billing certification.

- Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules, such as Financials, Order Management, or Revenue Management.

- Familiarity with Oracle SaaS implementation methodologies and best practices.
