D4 Insight - Oracle EBS/Fusion Consultant - OTBI Module (4-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS and Fusion Consultant to join our team in Bangalore.

This role requires a deep understanding of both Oracle EBS and Fusion applications, particularly within the Financial and Procurement modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to contribute to the full lifecycle of implementation, customization, and support of these critical systems.

The expectation is that the candidate should have work experience in Oracle EBS (60%) and Oracle Fusion (40%).

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation & Configuration : Participate in the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS and Fusion Financial and Procurement modules.

- Customization & Development : Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle EBS and Fusion applications. This includes using PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, WebADI, Oracle Workflow, Interfaces, XML Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework.

- Data Migration : Expertise in data extraction from Oracle EBS and migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Ability to independently prepare data sheets and perform data loading.

- Technical Support : Provide technical support to end-users for Oracle EBS and Fusion applications. Troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Integration : Design and develop integrations between Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Reporting & Analytics : Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.

- Cloud Extensions : Develop SaaS extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) or Application Composer, and Process Cloud Service (PCS).

- Functional Expertise : Apply functional knowledge of Financial and Procurement modules (AP, GL) to support business requirements.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and configurations.

- Collaboration : Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and other technical team members.

Required Technical Skills :

- Oracle EBS : Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle EBS, specifically within Financial and Procurement modules.

Expertise in :

- SQL and PL/SQL

- Oracle Reports

- WebADI

- Oracle Workflow

- Interfaces

- XML Publisher

- Oracle Application Framework (OAF)

- Oracle Fusion : Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion, specifically within Financial and Procurement modules.

Expertise in :

- FBDI (File-Based Data Import)

- Page Customizations & Extensions

- BI Publisher

- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

Alerts :

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Data Migration : Expertise in data extraction from Oracle EBS and migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including data sheet preparation and data loading.

Other Skills :

- Basic skills in Shell scripting.

- Experience with source control systems (e. , GitHub).

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle Forms : Expertise in Oracle Forms development.

- SaaS Extensions : Experience developing SaaS extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) or Application Composer, and Process Cloud Service (PCS).

- Oracle APIs : Knowledge of Oracle Financial Modules AP, GL, APIs, and interfaces.

- CI/CD : Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Automation Testing : Experience with automation testing frameworks.

- Functional Knowledge : Having functional knowledge in Financial and Procurement Modules is a significant advantage.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- Education : Degree or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).

- Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion applications (combined), with a focus on Financial and Procurement modules.

- The expectation is 60% EBS experience and 40% Fusion experience
