D4 Insight - Oracle HCM/Fusion Consultant - Implementation & Support (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our team.

This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly within the Recruitment and Learning modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to contribute to the full lifecycle of implementation, customization, and support of these critical HCM systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation & Configuration : Participate in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a focus on Recruitment (ORC) and Learning (OLC).

- Customization & Development : Customize and extend Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet specific business requirements.

- This includes using various Oracle Fusion Cloud tools and technologies.

Technical Support : Provide technical support to end-users for Oracle Fusion HCM applications. Troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Integration : Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems using REST services or other integration tools.

- Reporting & Analytics : Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.

- Security Administration : Manage application security within Oracle Fusion HCM, including user provisioning, role assignments, and permission management.

- Workflow Management : Design and implement workflows using BPM Workflows within Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Cloud Infrastructure : Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), its architecture, and network topology.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and configurations.

- Collaboration : Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and other technical team members.

Required Technical Skills :

- Oracle Fusion HCM : Minimum 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Oracle HCM Modules : Expertise in Oracle HCM modules, specifically Recruitment (ORC) and Learning (OLC).

Oracle Fusion Cloud Tools :

Expertise in :

- FBDI (File-Based Data Import)

- ADFdi (ADF Desktop Integration)

- Application Security

- Workflows

- BPM Workflows

- Page Customizations & Extensions

- FSR (Functional Setup and Configuration)

- BI Publisher

- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

Alerts :

- REST Services : Understanding of REST services and their integration with Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) : Understanding of OCI, its architecture, and network topology.

- Shell Scripting : Basic skills in Shell scripting.

Preferred Skills :

- Integration Tools : Experience with other integration tools beyond REST services.

- Other Oracle Cloud Services : Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud services relevant to HCM.

- Functional Knowledge : Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes and best practices.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
