D4 Insight - Senior Oracle Fusion/HCM Technical Consultant (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our growing team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and a proven track record of successful implementations.

You will leverage your extensive technical expertise to customize, extend, and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our clients' business requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation: Lead and participate in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, focusing on technical aspects.

- Customization and Extension: Design and develop custom solutions to extend Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Recruitment and Learning.

- Technical Expertise: Utilize Oracle Fusion Cloud tools such as FBDI, ADFdi, Application Security, Workflows, BPM Workflows, Page Customizations & Extensions, FSR, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Alerts.

- Integration: Develop and implement integrations using REST services and other integration technologies.

- Cloud Infrastructure: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), architecture, and network topology.

- Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation and system administration tasks.

- Database Development: Utilize expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, WEBADI, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework for database development and reporting.

- Version Control and Deployment: Implement and manage version control using GitHub and establish CI/CD pipelines.

- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute automated tests to ensure high-quality code and system performance.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide expert solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM as a Technical Expert.

- Expertise in customizing and extending Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Recruitment, Learning, etc.

- Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud tools: FBDI, ADFdi, Application Security, Workflows, BPM Workflows, Page Customizations & Extensions, FSR, BI Publisher, OTBI, Alerts.

- Solid understanding of REST services and integration principles.

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), architecture, and network topology.

- Proficiency in Shell scripting.

- Expert-level skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, WEBADI, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework.

- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automation testing.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM application
