I'm sharing my experience. I got call from one of the HR (didn't want mention his name) of lancesoft. He said that it will be one round interview and they will hire after that once interview is cleared. He said it will be interview with direct client benz. But the interview was taken by lancesoft person. Afterwards he informed me i cleared the interview. After this I got call again and said there's another round directly with client Benz. With that they will hire. I cleared that round also and again It went upto three rounds. I got the information from him that I have selected only HR round is pending for package discussion. After clearing all three rounds, there isn't any update from HR for 2 days. After 2 days i pinged him and asked what happened ? He replied saying that my profile is on hold. I don't know how is that possible. After that i tried to contact him he didn't pick up my call also. They utterly wasted my 1 week time for their interview. Don't attend interview in this company. Everything in lancesoft was Osm even though my team leader she was also, gd and supported me a lot

I had to receive insensitive in 15 days but I resigned so I didn't received that as the work was done from my side they must transfer as it was a huge amount that's the only thing which hurts

You will Job Security and you report to VP in US. So there is perfect life balance and US Shift timings. Less Growth and Good hikes. Overall a very good company.
