Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U FICA Consultant to support our Utilities industry clients in managing the Finance and Contract Accounting (FICA) module. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP IS-U (Industry-Specific Utilities) and expertise in FICA processes, including payments, dunning, collections, invoicing, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP IS-U FICA solutions for utility industry clients.

- Work with business stakeholders to understand finance and accounting requirements.

- Configure FICA sub-modules, including :

1. Payment Processing (incoming/outgoing payments)

2. Security Deposits

3. Dunning and Collections Management

4. General Ledger (GL) Integration

- Manage integration of FICA with FI-CA, FI-GL, SD, and CRM modules.

- Provide solutions for revenue management, receivables, and customer account reconciliation.

- Support end-to-end testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and production deployment.

- Conduct training sessions for business users and provide post-go-live support.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide SAP best practices.

- Collaborate with ABAP developers to create custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in SAP IS-U FICA (Industry-Specific Utilities - Finance & Contract Accounting)

- Knowledge of SAP FI-CA functionalities, dunning, collection, and payment processes

- Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and enhancements

- Understanding of integration with SAP FI, SD, and CRM modules

- Experience with mass processing, event-based billing, and invoicing

- Familiarity with SAP Workflow, BAPI, BADI, and enhancement frameworks

- Knowledge of regulatory and financial compliance standards

- Good communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP IS-U Certification (preferred)

- Experience in S/4HANA migration projects

- Understanding of Fiori apps and UI5 for SAP IS-U

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
