The only good thing and the best thing is, if you want to learn recruitment, Lancesoft can teach you like nobody else can. Training for fresher is really impressive which will help them to learn every basic stuff about recruitment.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

You are out of form and you will be kicked out right away. Too much micromanagement which will irritate you to the core and for some it’s a big NoNo. Work life balance is worst as you need to extend ur shift occasionally.
