IT Senior Business System Analyst - Oracle HCM Cloud (5-14 yrs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Senior Business Systems Analyst - Oracle HCM support our Human Capital Management (HCM) technology solution.

This role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM Cloud applications, and providing end-to-end system support to optimize HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, system implementation, system integrations and Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR.

- Act as a liaison between IT, HR, and other business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle HCM solutions.

- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.

- Support system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements by conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Develop functional specifications for system customizations, reports, and integrations with third-party applications.

- Proficiency in writing functional requirements, test cases, and system documentation.

- Work closely with Oracle support and external vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.

- Keep up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and recommend improvements to leverage new functionalities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to processes and systems.

- Understanding of security roles, workflow configuration, and approval processes in Oracle HCM.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and support of Oracle applications.

- Work directly with the development team to build solutions, discuss requirements, testing solutions, etc.

- Manage requirements in Jira

- Perform Quality Assurance testing (System and Integration)

- Strong understanding of integrations

- Analyze and interpret business data from various sources to validate reports and dashboards

- Conduct, lead, manage UAT and results

- Effectively coordinate project activities at the direction of management

- Effectively plan, coordinate, and execute prioritized initiatives.

- Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure timelines are met.

- Actively participate in assigned projects / Initiatives

- Attend weekly status meetings and provide updates

- Attend and lead scrum meetings as needed

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) or relevant Oracle training.

- Min 5+ years Business Systems Analyst in IT Organization

- Min5+ years working with Oracle HCM (Cloud)
