I know how much I put when I was working with them(gatewaymall and COP) I fabricated all the pipes all alone but to my greatest surprise they sack me just like that upon me being very hardworking....it is well, I rest my case

In as much they hold a high esteem in the engineering world, they don't pay attention to promotion and performance rewards, which gives an employee the motivation to remain and build a life around the company, the worst of all is that most of the employees are basically on contract basis..

My job is tasking and requires hard work, diligence and teamwork which has over d years made me a beta person in the engineering firm, the fact that I don't travel makes my job scope very favourable becos I have sites under my care,....
