The continuous trainings to refresh ur memories,learnt other cusines like Japanese n Chinese food, meeting new people and learning other cultures and how they greet, great team and very supportive

Dislikes

We don't get what we expect for service charge,poor staff food.

Work Details

I worked at the pool area for 2yr where I welcome the guest ,sit them in their comfortable area, take orders and render good service,I was transferred to the room service department where I worked as a team leader,order taker n deliver food n drinks.

It was a place where I learn about hotel room reservations as well as group/block reservations. An experience that sticks for life.

Dislikes

Poor career growth, poor work life balance. No job security, anyone can be sacked anytime

I worked as a reservation officer, making rooms and group reservations under the supervision of a senior officer and Front Office Manager(FOM)

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
