No, it's a unprofessional, un cultured & anti worker , only tepical Baniya type culture,no any welfare to workers.no job security , from March 20 to till date company removed 50 percent not given any clearence & salary, from March to OCTOBER-20 , detected 30% to 40% salary of every staffs & workers.

Yes, Labdhi is un professional, uncultured company, with out any reason any intimation , every body taken covid insurance his own pocket company not be spend any money.during lockdown ( covid) people are worked 12 to 15 hrs with out any facilities,No canteen no company conveyance,No working culture
