nepotism regarding ethnicity, as the owner is a Tamil catholic, so any south Indian weather it is Tamil, Telugu, malayam, Kannada, tulu, kokni,(religion didn't mattered ethnicity mattered)so best projects were given to the south Indian's only so that they can easily achieve their work target especially in case of preferred Sales executive's used to achieve financial target easily & rest of the people's were given b class & c class project's so they have to give much effort to achieve their work target, apart from this seniors of different department's used to seat idle & make their juniors to do their own+seniors work. But knowing all the flaws management which meant by the owner only as small medium size company never thought to took any steps to eradicate the problems he only gave good Chances to the same ethnic people which any south Indian (religion didn't mattered only ethnicity )...Read More
