Plus point is salary on time. My HOD Shaila Ma'am always support me and encourage me. Overall good experience last 10months. It will always be challenging job for me. There is always something new to learn.

Overall appraisal criteria was not at all satisfied, as my opinion. Because of new joinee whenever 1year completing it shall be capable candidate to take increment. I have observed that last 10 months due to increment criteria only people have left the organisation. hence the increment criteria should get more attention. And I have also observed that people who don't have potential as well as knowledge they get more salary as compared to the potential candidate....Read More
