Initially we got trained and after that we placed in sites. But after getting loaded in sites only we came to know that *guys in sites not get rained well enough*. The problem is that lot of misunderstanding between trained and old staffs. If all staff thinks that we are team. Then the company became a very superb to work with.

Superiors have to be trained properly and have to know the meaning of leader instead of torturing colleagues
