Well I joined as supervisor, i had zero experience at that time. My seniors and colleagues helped me to learn a lot about safety and what are the things I should follow in a civil construction site. Overall I had a great experience. With the company's work environment and management's responsibility towards the staffs and workers are remarkable.

Dislikes

The site where i worked in Bangalore, the site was actually happened in a rural area, hotels and other facilities where not there. So the company provided mess to the staffs. The food wasn't that good. Most of the time we complained about it.

Employee Benefits

Free accomodation were provided, the rooms and facilities were really good. They even provided washing machine and bathroom cleaning products and dishwashers for free.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
