This is the construction company with toxic work culture . Zero safety and zero quality . Every Engineer need to work more than min 16 hours to 24 hours . They won't provide office space and PC to engineers and engineers not allowed enter office at site timings . Strictly 7 days working . Never expect leaves . Poor coordination . Worst management .Full of politics .2 months before major accident happen to a energitic engineer , 1Ton compressor fell on him from tower crane due to poor safety protocals followed , from small to major continuous accidents happening in their site , even these accident happened , they didn't proved or trained peoples towards safety . project manager speak to team with 3rd rated tamil words.Every week one engineer abscond from site due to artificial work pressure created by project manager because of his poor coordination and management skills .literally i hate construction industry due to the toxic work culture of that company , only 2 months i stayed there . 3 months of detoxing myself from that life threatening mental experience , i have prepared myself to getting back to the industry again . In world , many good construction companies are there , don't it is small or big , if you get good pay and good work life balance ..please stay there .
